OTHER THINGS LUTHERANS DO

   

• The Lutheran church runs many schools, aged care facilities, and community care organisations.  The Lutheran church is also heavily involved in aid work and mission overseas.

*     Here at Tallebudgera our congregation works in partnership with St. Andrews Lutheran College.  The Lutheran school system in Australia has well over 35,000 students.
*   We also work in partnership with St. Andrews Aged Care; a facility which offers both independent living units and full-time care.  The Lutheran Church runs many Aged Care facilities throughout Australia.
·       Lutheran congregations run their own activities locally.  Here at Tallebudgera we have Sunday School, Bible study groups, Ladies Guild, Pride (Men's and boys' group), plus other special activities and events.
·       We seek to live out our calling to  live as God’s people in the world, through our actions showing his love and bringing others to know him.
